I have six years’ experience as a journalist specialising in photography, and hold a bachelors degree from the University of Juba’s college of Arts, Music and Drama. I’ve worked extensively training a younger generation of photojournalists in South Sudan’s newsrooms and secondary schools.
I have previously worked as a freelance photograpger with Al-Massir Arabic and the New Nation, as well as consulting with the government on the promotion of free expression and press freedom in South Sudan. I currently work with Reuters in South Sudan, as well as on a number of specialist projects.
